The 4Cs
How the value of a diamond is read
Four variables set the price. Our job is to tell you which ones to spend on and which ones nobody will notice.
Cut
The only C made by human hands, and the one that contributes most of the sparkle. This is the one we never suggest compromising on: an Excellent makes everything else look better.
Color
From D (colorless) to Z. Between D and H the untrained eye cannot tell the difference once it is set in gold — but the price certainly can. That is where the smart saving is.
Clarity
The inclusions inside the stone. We aim for eye-clean: clean to the naked eye, without paying the premium for loupe-clean purity.
Carat
The weight. Prices jump at the round numbers: a 0.90 looks almost identical to a 1.00 and costs considerably less.

What comes with every diamond
- The original GIA or IGI certificate, with a number you can verify online.
- ICERT certificate
: DIAMANE’s digital authenticity — tap it to your phone (NFC) and pull up your diamond instantly.
- A laser inscription on the girdle matching the certificate — and personalized, if you want to add initials or a date.
- A tax invoice and DIAMANE’s guarantee of authenticity.
- Photographs and video of the stone before it ships.
Verify it with us
Before closing any purchase we check the certificate number together, directly on the laboratory’s own site — gia.edu or igi.org — so you can see the stone is exactly the one on the paperwork.
Online verification
Check the report before you decide
Every diamond we certify is recorded under its report number. Type it in and you will see its characteristics exactly as the certificate declares them, from any device and without needing the piece in your hand.
